For rowing & paddling clubs

Always know who's on the water.

Your Boathouse logs every boat out and back, so your club has a live picture of who is afloat, when they are due in, and the reassurance that everyone made it home safely.

Safety first

Know everyone made it home

Your Boathouse does more than log outings — it actively watches the water so your club can act when it matters.

Overdue alerts

If a boat misses its return time, coaches, admins and the paddler are alerted automatically — no one is left unaccounted for.

Water-status flag

Set conditions to green, amber, red or closed. Red or closed suspends check-outs across the whole club instantly.

On-water board

A live, glanceable screen for the boathouse wall: who’s out, due back, and anyone overdue shown in red.

Incident log

Record capsizes, collisions and near-misses for your safety committee and insurance — review and close each one.

Everything your club needs

One place for the whole boathouse — built around how rowing and paddling clubs actually run.

Live on-water tracking

See at a glance who is out, in which boat, and when they are due back — with a full check-out and return log.

Bookings & timetable

Members pre-book boats around your opening hours and session limits. Clashes and double-bookings are handled for you.

Fleet management

Every boat type — singles to eights, K1 to OC6 and outrigger V-boats — with statuses, profiles and per-boat rules.

Maintenance & issues

Members report damage, coaches log repairs, and boats out of service are pulled from booking automatically.

Members & roles

Admins, coaches and members with granular, per-boat permissions so the right people can book the right boats.

Competency sign-offs

Track swim tests, steering, cox and capsize-recovery sign-offs and require them per boat class before a member can check out or book.

Waterway navigation rules

Publish a page per stretch of water — circulation rules, hazards, an annotated map and useful links — so every member knows the water before they launch.

Email invitations

Invite people by email; they join your club automatically after signing up — no codes to copy and paste.

Weekly summary

Coaches and admins get a weekly digest — the week ahead, last week’s activity, and incidents and issues — by email and on the web.
